Attorney Neena Masters Esq.
Neena earned her law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2015. During law school, she worked as an intern for a children’s legal aid program and an elder law clinic, and as a law clerk for several law firms. As a licensed California attorney, Neena represents family law clients in divorce and custody cases and immigration law clients in a wide range of visa and residency matters.
Attorney Monique Salazar Esq.
Monique graduated from Pennsylvania State University and earned her law degree from Western State College of Law in 2020. Before becoming an attorney, Monique was a paralegal for 8 years. With experience as both a paralegal and attorney, Monique brings a unique perspective to her clients. Monique’s family law experience comprises of high asset marriages, guardianship, conservatorship, and domestic violence cases. Monique is 100% dedicated to her clients and upholds the highest level of integrity inside and outside of the courtroom.
Ashley Williams-Harris, Senior Paralegal
Ashely brings over 8 years of paralegal experience to each client and their case. Her strong communication skills and problem-solving help reduce the stress involved in family law matters. The ability to quickly address problems and provide ongoing support to our clients provides an advantage in any situation. Ashley’s extensive credentials and expertise are only surpassed by her dedication to our clients.

Nicole Ausman, Senior Paralegal
Nicole Ausman is a highly skilled paralegal with considerable experience in complex, high profile family law matters. Ms. Ausman first entered the legal field in 2010, became a certified paralegal with the American Bar Association in 2014, and her expert skillset and proven leadership ability have enabled her to head up our industry leading paralegal team. Ms. Ausman is the firms first Senior Paralegal, where she oversees all tasks, deadlines and hearing/trial preparation. In addition to taking on increasing responsibilities over the years, Ms. Ausman completed her Bachelors in Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of LaVerne in 2017. Ms. Ausman is an expert communicator, has unyielding integrity, understands and skillfully executes the items that best position our clients for success, and brings an uncompromising passion to help others through these challenging times.
Khang Nguyen, Chief Administrative Officer
With over 16 years of business management experience, Khang plays an integral role in building and managing Nguyen Law Group. As chief administrative officer and the first employee, Khang’s responsibilities include hiring and managing staff, business development, marketing strategy implementation, and administrative management. He has a relentless optimism and strong faith that anything and everything is possible. The one behind the scenes, Khang.
Jackie Ochoa, Billing Specialist
Jacqueline has dedicated nearly a decade to the legal field and is whole heartedly committed to helping clients navigate their legal challenges. Jacqueline’s background in Human Development from Cal State University, Long Beach equips her with a unique approach on client relationships and ethical responsibility. Jacqueline prides herself on meticulously overseeing trust funds and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, all while maintaining absolute transparency. She understands each client’s unique situation and works alongside them with a keen sensitivity to their needs and concerns. Jacqueline is backed by a Paralegal Certificate from Cal State University, Long Beach. She stays updated with the latest regulations and best practices, guaranteeing that all trust account activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines. Jacqueline is also fluent in Spanish.

Ashley Dinh, Legal Secretary
Ashley is the first point of contact for clients. She greets visitors and assists with client intake, calls, and organizational tasks. Ashley provides administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals. Ashley is currently a full-time student. She loves to read, cook, and watch movies. She is also fluent in Vietnamese.
